Our cure #1 is a fast acting cure so meat can be cooked right away. 

Contains 12 oz.  Use 1 tsp per pound of meat (approximately 1 oz per 25 lbs).

Works great for Jerky, Sausage, Bacon, Fish, Pastrami, Corned Beef.
